I help facilitate increased awareness, while staying on track toward the desired outcomes. I believe that your knowledge of yourself is your most powerful ally, and its my role to evoke that intelligence in ways that enrich your experience of life, and support you in moving toward goals more confidently, both during our coaching series, and in the future.

Most often I work with clients in a series of 12, one hour sessions, either each week or twice each month.  By the end of each session we will have compiled a list of agreed actions toward the goals, for the client to focus on between sessions.
